  • What does Future Home Group do?

We supply amazing smart home automation technology and whole bunch of other smart home devices and gadgets! We don’t stop at just getting you your awesome stuff we also offer amazing support and information on all our products.

  • I have a question about the product, how does this thing work?

We are always glad to help you get the most out of our products. Most information can be found under the product specifications but if you are really stuck drop us a mail at info@futurehomegroup.com or use our awesome facebook page and contact us through messenger. We are very quick to respond!

  • Will your products work with my current smart home system?

This is a tricky question.

Our products are built to international standards and generally are compatible with other products built on the same platform e.g. Alexa/Google Home but you need remember that depending on where products are manufactured will determine the frequency range the devices will work i.e. Europe runs on different frequencies to the U.S so if you decide to buy your product on your holiday in the U.S your device may not work with products designed for the E.U. Without getting to technical our products are built with the European frequency range that are compliant with the laws of United States.

  • Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in US Dollars, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, and are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

  • Do I get normal customer service?

You get next level, top of the food chain customer service! If you have a question, comment, hating a product or faulty device, send us an email to info@futurehomegroup.com with your order number and some detail of what you need and we will get back to you ASAP.

  • Can I talk on the phone with a human at your offices?

We try stay off the phone as much as possible and we know that we should be able to get you sorted out through our info@futurehomegroup.com. The truth is if you are really stuck send us an email to support with your contact details and we will give you a call to sort you out.

  • When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons. 

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 

  • What is a browser cookie?

It is a small file that get saved on your computer that helps remember things like your login details and shipping info etc.…and Yes you do need to accept the cookie to get the full features out of our site.

Making Payments

  • Are my credit card details safe?

We have partnered with one of the best and most secure payment gateways available and most probably you have used them with online payments before. All transactions are handled by Stripe (www.stripe.com) or Paypal (www.paypal.com). All information transferred throughout the payment process is secured with a 2048-bit encryption key over SSL. That means that this information cannot be traced, intercepted or used by unauthorised third parties. Your credit card information will not be kept in our system. We don’t want that risk we just want happy customers.

  • Is your site secure?

Yes, it is! We value our customers and therefore have installed the best SSL security so you can be sure your data is safe with us.

  • What cards do you accept?

We accept all Master and Visa cards through the Stripe or Paypal portal. Stipe and Paypal is trusted by all banks including your own local bank.

Warranty, Defects and Returns

  • Are my purchases under warranty?

Yes, most of our products are covered by the Manufactures guarantee, but not all. Generally it's 1 year guarantee from the time of purchase. If you get a faulty product send us a mail to info@futurehomegroup.com and we will try get the problem sorted for you.

  • My order was faulty or damaged on arrival?

If you notice straight away that the box is damaged or something seems wrong tell the courier person to make a note of it immediately (NB!) and then let us know at info@futurehomegroup.com within 5 days of receipt of the item at your delivery address. At this point you can open the parcel and check on the status of the item. If the item is perfect and fine and you are to keep it then keep it. If the Item is damaged or you are unhappy get in touch wih us and we will try sort you out.

  • How can I return a product?

If you need to return the product be sure to do so within 5 days of receipt of the item at the delivery address. You will be requested to supply your order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item. We will respond with a return authorisation.

Shipping

  • How long will delivery take?

We generally aim to get you your stuff in 7-21 working days, but it can take much shorter often depending on when you ordered and where you live. After ordering, processing and preparing your order we will send you a tracking number so you will be able to see what’s happening with your items.

  • Which postal services do you use?

We want you to get your stuff, so we only use top courier services. As a great service we make sure to get you the quickest and most convenient postal service.

  • Does the price include shipping?
